Barons Tea House Meet 1-13-15

Hello! After not attending a meet for two whole months we finally had our first one of the year. And such a great turnout! About 20 people arrived for tea, new and old faces in our community. Everyone was so lovely.

To document the meet I brought out my video camera. Bare with me, I'm still learning video editing but I wanted to share with you all my vlog! I think I might start doing them regularly. :)

Let me know what you guys think! I feel a little silly being on camera. So sorry about my awkwardness. Hahaha 

Tumblr Lolita Gift Exchange

I joined the Lolita gift exchange on tumblr this year and did a little video of the gift I got.

I was in such a rush to get my present sent out that I didn't take any wip photos. But I hope she enjoyed the things I made her. I made her a matching hairbow and bow brooch using a solid pink fabric and then hand stitched some crystals and pearls to dress it up, then I made smaller a set of hairbows with a cute repeating rose pattern and another set with a mint green floral print. And lastly I made her a little felt lolita to hang on the Christmas tree.

My eyeshadow pallet came in today and so I made a gothic look. My iPhone pictures don't do it justice but the video kinda shows it off better. Also Jaiden and Derek wanted to say "hi!" We love making silly faces and being goofy. :)
