Friday I got a chance to dress up with Tia and we had a girl's day out together. First we visited a Mary Kay consultant and splurged on some make up. It was pretty fun trying out new products and I was surprised that the quality was pretty decent since I hardly hear people talk about the brand. I ended up buying the lip mask and balm set since I have trouble keeping my lips properly exfoliated.
And then we went out for lunch at a sushi place.
My unagi sushi was so cute that I had to take a picture of it, it had a cucumber heart border and a ginger/wasabi rose.
And then we went shopping at Hobby Lobby. I bought some embroidery thread on sale and some lace trim that was 50% off.
